Treatment of Sales Tax
We are required by law to charge applicable sales tax on products shipped to the State of Washington.
Payment Method
Credit Card - You can order online with credit card payment through PayPal.
Money Order or Cashier Check - Please call us at (206) 660 6941.
Merchandise will be shipped after the fund is cleared.
Shipping
All orders are
processed within 1-2 business days of receipt, and shipped via USPS. Please
contact us
for expedited shipment and international shipping charges.
Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations
You may exchange or return merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges, based on the original form of payment within 14 days of your purchase. All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in original condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
Once an item has shipped, cancellation will not be permitted.
By clicking the payment button, you are agreeing to the terms of our return, exchange and cancellation policies.
Please contact
us before returning your merchandise to acquire a Return Order ID and shipping information.
Please ship your parcel back to us prepaid and insured. We
can not accept C.O.D. shipments.
